Adelina mostly focuses on Still Life, but she is open to changing things around and building her skill on other areas such as landscapes, portraits, nature, animals and playing around with shadows and light.
Her strong suit is pencils as she thinks they are the best for details, but she loves other media 2019s such as oil paints, acrylics, watercolour, pastels , chalk and so much more! Adelina is looking forward to meeting you all and sharing all her knowledge and warms to make everyone feel welcome.

In our art class we were exploring the use of ink with watercolour. We began by masking out white areas with masking fluid then using ink to fill in the dark areas. I used wet on wet techniques for the underpainting then added more loose detail once dry. The masking fluid was removed and then highlights added to increase tonal values. The aim was to let the watercolour do the work. Completed in 5 hours.

We walked through meadows to get to the top of ths hill and when we got to the top, I was rewarded with a gorgeous view of the village. I too k several photos and with the aim of painting it one day... that day came during the pandemic lockdown in 2020, when I was able to dedicate more time to my painting. It took several weeks to get done but I this is one of
